- We
will locate all buried utilities and be responsible for
any damage.
- Before
gluing pipe and fittings, a primer is used to insure a long
life. Some sprinkler companies use only glue because
it is quicker and cheaper.
- Our
trenches are 12" - 18" deep and water packed to prevent
settling and freezing or possibility of pipes or wires being
cut (in case of future landscape changes or other reasons.)
- Your
system is professionally designed for your lawn to insure
maximum efficiency and proper uniform coverage for healthier
landscapes. This is attained with 15' sprinkler heads
and 17' triangular spacing (typical).
- We
use balanced pressure electric valves and dry splice wire
connectors installed in valve boxes for a much longer life.
- An
As-Built Plan will be supplied.
- Upon
signed acceptance of our proposal, we will notify you with
a start date, and time for entry into the garage for timer
installation. We suggest to have your lawn mowed as
short as possible before installation for a nice clean finish.
Upon the completion, we will walk through the system
with you and present an invoice for payment.
- For
additional credibility, we are members of the Texas Irrigation
Association, Texas Licensed Irrigators, Texas Association
of Landscape Contractors, National Federation of Independent
Businesses, and we are Certified Backflow Prevention tester.
